Irene Clendenning

Irene M. Clendenning, 92, of Jackson Township, Zelienople, formerly of Cranberry Township, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 22, 2020, at North Hills Health and Rehabilitation in Wexford.

Born May 15, 1928, in Warrendale, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. and Bessie Cora Beatty Nolder.

Irene had been a meat wrapper at Shop ‘n Save in Ingomar.

She was of the Presbyterian faith.

Surviving are two daughters, Karen Krul and Darlene Bartley, both of Cranberry Township; a son, Blain Bartley (Susan) of Zelienople; and her grandchildren, Blain and Tammy Bartley (Michelle), Dwane Thomas (Jeanna) and Misha and Cassandra Krul.

She was also the great- grandmother of Blain Bartley, Kristina Totterdale (Justin) and Kayla and Aaron Thomas.

She was the last of her immediate family and was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.

CLENDENNING — Arrangements for Irene M. Clendenning, who died Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, are private and are under the direction of McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

Burial will be in the English Lutheran Cemetery, Zelienople.
