Dennis Eckstein

Dennis M. Eckstein, 67, of Evans City, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, while under the care of Concordia at Rebecca Residence.

Born Dec. 23, 1952, in New Kensington, he was the son of the late Ronald Eckstein and Lyda Lee Yobp Eckstein.

Dennis was a 1972 graduate of Seneca Valley High School. He loved car detailing, tinkering in his garage, and sitting on the porch and waving to everyone. Dennis served as a member of the Evans City Volunteer Fire Department. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 43 years, Sherri Wehr Eckstein, whom he married on Aug. 6, 1977; his siblings, Paul Eckstein of Renfrew, Daryl (Debbie) Eckstein of Butler, Richard (Cheryl) Eckstein of Butler and Danielle Kennedy of Butler; his stepmother, Ida Marie Eckstein; his stepbrothers, Tim (Becca) Eckstein of Georgia, Todd (Joy) Eckstein of Michigan, and Ames Eckstein of Renfrew; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in honor of Dennis directly to his family.
