H. Kenneth Luckock II
H. Kenneth Luckock II, 76, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, following an illness surrounded by his family at his residence in Slippery Rock Township.
He was born Jan. 1, 1944, in Wilkinsburg, to Harry Kenneth Luckock Sr. and Hazel Laverne Sonnett Luckock.
He married Bonnie Eileen Stewart on March 17, 1967.
Ken was a self-employed businessman and worked all of his life. He along with his son, Jason, operated Branchton Equipment from 2008 until present. He began his career operating The Boron Station in Slippery Rock for 18 years (1965-1983). Following that, he owned and operated Slippery Rock Salvage from 1983 until 2008.
Ken was a member of Highland Presbyterian Church, where he was a trustee in Slippery Rock. He was a past member of the Slippery Rock Fire and Rescue, and was instrumental in starting the rescue squad.
Ken was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed playing “Blackjack” and most of all, spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie at home; his daughter, Christine E. (Gary) Morgan of Slippery Rock; his son, Jason R. Luckock of Slippery Rock; three grandchildren, Erin G. Bowman of Natrona Heights, and Nathanial G. and Jenalise R. Luckock, both of Slippery Rock.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Joan L. Martin and Carol A. Lesnett.

LUCKOCK — A private memorial service for H. Kenneth Luckock II, who died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, will be observed at Highland Presbyterian Church.
Arrangements were handled by Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.
