Hazel Hilliard
Hazel Aldean Hilliard, 85, of Butler passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at her home.
Born Aug. 20, 1935, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Edward Roll and Marvel (Summerville) Roll.
Hazel had worked at the former Troutman’s and G.C. Murphy.
She was a member of North Street Christian Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Deborah Stivason of Slipper Rock; one son, Donald (Pam) McLaughlin of Butler; and her grandchildren, Alicia McLaughlin, James (Lisa) Fritch, Jennifer Smith, Mark (Stephanie) Smith and RJ McLaughlin.
She was Ma to her great- grandchildren, Kane Zurawka, Eithan Beckwith, Ashlynn McCloskey, McKenna Smith and Brynlee Smith.
She is also survived by one brother, Dave (Tina) Roll of Polk; and one daughter-in-law, Rose McLaughlin of Prospect.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert McLaughlin and Merle Hilliard; two sons, Robert and Thomas McLaughlin; a daughter, Terri McLaughlin; one granddaughter, Carla Aiken; a great-grandson, Logan Beckwith; one great- granddaughter, Hailey Wieland; two brothers, James and Carl Roll; one sister, Maryann Glover; and her two golden retrievers, both named Morgan.
HILLIARD — Private services for Hazel Aldean Hilliard, who died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, will be held for her family.
Entombment will be in the mausoleum of Greenlawn Burial Estates.
Arrangements are being handled by Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
