Barbara “Decaf” Clifford, 64, of Renfrew passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020.

She was the beloved wife for 35½ years to Richard Clifford; loving mother of Marilynn Cosme and Oscar Cosme Jr.; grandmother of Lily, Isabella and Bjorn Cosme; sister of Jeff (Vickie) Smulovitz, Cheryl Haendel and Sue Wiggins; and a daughter of the late Gilbert Smulovitz and the late Mary Smulovitz.

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara was an active member of the Orchard Hill Church of Butler County.

She loved to garden and spend time with her family.

A special thank you is given by the family to the staff and doctors of Butler Memorial Hospital COVID-19 ICU.

CLIFFORD — A memorial service for Barbara “Decaf” Clifford, who died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, is being planned for spring or summer, when we can gather to celebrate her life.
