Traffic restricted on Route 8 after vehicle strikes pole in Butler Township
Butler Township police and the township volunteer fire district responded to an accident on Route 8 in front of Days Inn just before 1 p.m. Monday.
The vehicle struck and damaged a utility pole in front of the hotel and was towed from the scene. It was not known if anyone was injured. Traffic was restricted to one lane in each direction while the vehicle was removed.
