Steven G. Wasko
Steven G. Wasko, 80, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, at Butler Memorial Hospital following an illness.
Born Feb. 21, 1940, in Butler, he was the son of the late Steve F. and Rose Marie Scarnato Wasko.
He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.
Steve was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He worked at Pullman Standard until it closed, and then he worked as an engineer for various other businesses.
He is survived by his wife, Rozellen Foley Wasko, whom he married June 20, 1964; one sister, Jeanne Rowbottom of Cleveland, Ohio; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Steven T. Wasko, who passed away June 27, 2016; and one sister, Madeline VanGrootenbruel.
