State police seek missing woman

Laura Graham-Simonetti

A Center Township woman went missing Sept. 6 and police are seeking the public's help in finding her.

Laura Graham-Simonetti, 56, went missing after she left her house on Beachwood Boulevard and began driving down Glenwood Way toward Route 38. She was driving a white, 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. She is described as a white woman with brown eyes who is 5 feet, 7 inches tall.

An argument had occurred between Graham-Simonetti and her boyfriend on the day she went missing, according to Graham-Simonetti's daughter, Allison Chaffee, causing her to leave home.

After Graham-Simonetti went missing, Chaffee was able to view her mother's online activity, and saw on Sept. 3 Graham-Simonetti had bought a train ticket to New Jersey set to depart later that day, but refunded it before the train's departure. She also suspects New York might have been on her list of places to go.

Chaffee described Graham-Simonetti as having reddish, brown hair with strands of blonde highlights. She also described Graham-Simonetti as very thin, “almost sick looking.”

Anyone with information on the missing woman can contact Pennsylvania State Police's Butler Barracks at 724-284-8100.
