The Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau recently hired Amy Pack as director of tourism development.

Pack received a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Mercyhurst University in Erie.

After working in hotel management in Pittsburgh for several years, Pack worked as director of sales at the Senator John Heinz Pittsburgh Regional History Center, and then became regional sales director for three hotels in Cranberry Township when she was elected to the bureau board of directors representing hotel group members.
