Pirates' Musgrove placed on 10-day IL
PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed right-handed pitcher Joe Musgrove on the 10-day IL with a strained triceps.
The club also picked up right-hander Nick Tropeano, 30, off waivers from the New York Yankees.
