Cherry Twp. extends tax deadline
Cherry Township voted Tuesday to extend the at-face property tax deadline to Nov. 30.
The township follows the Butler County and a large swath of other municipalities within the county who have followed the its request on extending the deadline before a 10 percent penalty is charged.
The early payment deadline, by which residents would receive a discount, was not extended.
