Bouquets of joy
Ed Bloom, owner of Butler Florist, gave away 50 boxes of flowers, dozens of red stemmed roses and other assortments of flowers Tuesday afternoon. One of many local shop owners forced to close because of the coronavirus, Bloom said this week also marks the store’s 40th anniversary. He handed out the leftover flowers as a goodwill gesture to the community.
