CRANBERRY TWP — The decision to open a new business location in Cranberry Township ultimately relies on business leaders, with the township laying out the steps needed to make that concept a reality.

That’s the focus of the February edition of the Township Manager’s Coffee and Conversation series. This month’s edition of Coffee and Conversation is titled “What Are They Building?” It will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 20 in the council chambers of the municipal center.

The public is invited to hear members of the township planning and development services department explain the process for new development, from an initial proposal through the grand opening.

Discussion will also address major projects and give insight into some of the stores and restaurants that could be coming — and those that haven’t shown interest, despite public demand.
