SWAT situation in Prospect
State police dispatched multiple units to an unspecified location on Schantz Road off Route 422 in Prospect on Friday. Police were seen early in the afternoon with guns drawn and blocking Schantz Road with their vehicles. The Butler County SWAT team also was dispatched to the scene. State police said they could not comment on the situation Friday afternoon, but would release information in the future.
