Ben Holland, Butler County controller, was unanimously elected to serve as president of the Pennsylvania State Association of Elected County Officials for 2020.

PSAECO is a collective organization consisting of representatives from each of the statewide associations of elected county officials.

Its mission is to bring closer cooperation with the associations of the various county officials for the general benefit and mutual welfare of the member organizations and the public whom they serve.

Holland was initially nominated to serve as a delegate to PSAECO, representing the county controller's association. For the past year, he has served as vice president.
