Shirley Jean Ealy Seybert Boyle, 78, of Lyndora passed away on Sept. 10, 2019, at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

She was born Dec. 3, 1940, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Oscar Ealy and the late Gladys (Wolford) Ealy.

Shirley worked as a carrier for the Butler Eagle and as a janitor for St. Michael’s School.

She was a Butler High School graduate.

Shirley was a member of the Salvation Army.

She is survived by three sons, Melvin Seybert of Texas, Ricky Seybert of Saxonburg, and Ken “Boe” Seybert of Hilliards; three daughters, Robin Trinko of Butler, Tammy Pisor of Hilliards, and Debra Clark of Butler; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her step granddaughter, Eileen Seybert; two brothers, Ronnie Ealy of Butler, and Merle Ealy of Butler; and her buddy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Kenneth Boyle, whom she married on Jan. 28, 1967, and who passed away on March 28, 2019; three brothers, Oscar Ealy, Paul Ealy and Charles Ealy, and two sisters, Cork Boyle and Paula Ealy.

BOYLE — Friends of Shirley Jean Ealy Seybert Boyle, who died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with captains David and Darlene Means officiating.

Burial will take place in the Butler County Memorial Park.
