In support of principal
Butler's Golden Tornado nation went green at Friday's varsity football game against rival Mt. Lebanon in support of Brian McFeeley, the principal of Mt. Lebanon High School who recently was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The Butler High School football team, cheerleaders, band, staff and fans were encouraged to wear green to the game via social media. Fans, students and staff also helped raise money for the beloved principal and his family, including his wife and two sons, ages 14 and 13. McFeeley is undergoing chemotherapy treatments for the inoperable cancer that has spread to his liver.
