Police are seeking a white man in his mid 30s to mid 50s, approximately 5-foot-10-inches to 6-feet tall and 170 to 180 pounds for the Wednesday robbery of the PNC Bank near North Boundary Road.

CRANBERRY TWP — The FBI and Cranberry police have released surveillance photos of a man who they said robbed the PNC Bank on Route 19 late Wednesday afternoon and are looking for help identifying him.

Along with the photos, law enforcement have updated a description of the man. Police are seeking a white man in his mid 30s to mid 50s, approximately 5-foot-10-inches to 6-feet tall and 170 to 180 pounds. He is described as “sickly.”

According to law enforcement, the man entered the bank around 4:48 p.m. and showed a teller a note demanding money, indicating he had a gun. After the teller gave him money, he left the bank on foot, but police are checking surveillance video from the area to see if a vehicle was involved.

Anybody with information about the man should call Cranberry Township Police, at 724-776-5180, ext. 1400, or the FBI Pittsburgh field office at 412-432-4000.
