Dutchtown Road to be closed for paving
BUTLER TWP — Drivers should expect Dutchtown Road to be closed to through traffic between Mushrush Road and Old Plank Road from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday.
The road is getting asphalt paving work, and as of Friday, was tentatively planned for closure. The closure will be adjusted throughout the day as work is completed and the work site moves farther north up Dutchtown Road, according to a news release.
Paving is expected to begin near Township Line Road.
Residents along the stretch still will be allowed access, but should plan for delays. Workers are prepared to halt and clear a way for emergency vehicles, if needed.
Dutchtown Road is the last paving project on a calendar published by Butler Township.
