Drugs left at Giant Eagle
CENTER TWP — A man who bought a box of syringes at the Giant Eagle pharmacy accidentally left a bag of evidence on the counter.
State police report that an unknown black man bought the syringes at 2 p.m. on Aug. 8 at the pharmacy inside the grocery store.
After the man had left the store with his purchase, another customer noticed a bag of suspected heroin on the counter.
The heroin was recovered from the store and turned over to state police.
