Henry Rae Iman
Henry Rae Iman, 50, of Evans City went to be with the Lord on Saturday.
He was born on Aug. 17, 1968, in Butler, and raised in Callery, and was the beloved son of the late Dean Iman and Janice McKeever.
Henry was the owner of Bravo Pizza in Evans City for 26 years. He loved making delicious pizza and he loved his customers. Professional wrestlers would make appearances at his pizza restaurant.
He loved playing softball and enjoyed watching the Pirates, and his favorite team, the Red Sox.
He was a firefighter at the Callery Volunteer Fire Department.
He enjoyed fishing, bowling, wrestling, weight lifting and fitness.
He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He was a very loving, caring, kind and gentle person. He had a great sense of humor and could tell funny stories and always had you laughing.
He loved his sisters, and especially Darla, who cared for him. Henry was a loving son, brother, husband, uncle and friend to many. He will be dearly missed and loved by his family.
He is survived by his four sisters and one brother, Sallie Shipley and her husband, Bill, of Evans City, James McKeever and his wife, Laura, of Santa Ana, Calif., Kathy Seekford and her husband, David, of Slippery Rock, Darla Gates and her husband, Harry, of Evans City, and Janalee Codispot and her husband, Vince, of Butler; his half-siblings, Cathy Iman Orndoff and her husband, Carl, of Gibsonia, and Paul Iman and his wife, Connie, of Butler; his six nephews, Roy Liebenhaut, Vinnie Codispot, Nathan Seekford, Ian McKeever, John McKeever and Jim McKeever Jr.
He is also survived by many cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kellie Pintek Iman, who passed away on Aug. 1, 2016; his beloved sister, Alice McKeever; and his beloved cats, Pugsie, Joon and Grimmie.
IMAN — Friends of Henry Rae Iman, who died Saturday, May 25, 2019, will be received from 2 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 5 p.m. Saturday at Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, with the Rev. Rosalyn Kummer officiating.
