Donald E. Palmer, 84, of Parker entered eternal rest on Tuesday morning, May 28, 2019, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by two sons, Daniel (Erin) Palmer of Parker, and Ronald (Jean) Palmer of Ridgeville,S.C.
