George T. Mastovich
George T. Mastovich, 73, of Mars passed away on Tuesday in the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.
Born on March 3, 1945, in Hobbs, N.M., he was the son of the late Samuel and Pearl Kovalchik Mastovich.
George proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1967.
He worked for North Pittsburgh Telephone Co. and was a member of several telephone organizations over the years.
He was a member of Bakerstown Presbyterian Church.
George enjoyed golfing and loved spending time with family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Diana Meyer Mastovich, whom he married on Aug. 21, 1971; a son, Samuel (Kerry) Mastovich of Cranberry Township; his sisters, Ann Carlton of South Carolina, and Mary Ann (Mel) Burkhart of Hollsopple, Pa.; and his brothers, Joseph Mastovich of Johnstown, and Louis (Sonja) Mastovich of Florida.
He is also survived by numerous aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Mastovich, who died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev.
