Dolores V. Steck

Dolores V. Steck, 77, of Middlesex Township passed away Friday morning at the Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice with her family by her side.

Born Sept. 19, 1941, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late James and Sue Pittore Rosso.

Dolores had been a secretary for St. Barnabas in Gibsonia and was a member of Holy Sepulcher Church in Glade Mills.

Surviving are a daughter, Kathleen “Kathy” Keown, and her husband, Thomas, of Renfrew; a son, William Steck, and his wife, Shirley, of Summerfield, N.C.; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Robin), Kayla, Shayne, Matt, Lindsay, Lisa and David; and her great- grandchildren, Madison, Mikaela, Matthew, Sagan, Atley and Leam.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Steck, whom she married on Jan. 1, 1961, and who died on March 24, 2011.

STECK — Friends of Dolores V. Steck, who died Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.A service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with evangelist Brian Lott officiating.Burial will be in Brownsdale Cemetery in Penn Township.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.Directions and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
