The Butler Region of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania will recognize women in Butler County history at its annual Women’s Leadership Council Mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 20 at the Pittsburgh Marriott North in Cranberry Township.

The event, which will include hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and a basket raffle, offers an opportunity to meet members of the Women’s Leadership Council and learn about the women in Butler County making history and the initiatives of the United Way.

Proceeds from the event will benefit council initiatives in the county.
