Police: Suspected drugged driver arrested, found with nearly five dozen bags of heroin
Butler police arrested a suspected drugged driver Thursday afternoon after finding her behind the wheel of a parked car with nearly five dozen bags of suspected heroin inside.
Roshelle R. Dutter-Davenport, 49, of Butler faces felony drug possession and other charges. She is free on $10,000 bail.
Patrolman Andrew Niederlander reported in his affidavit that city officers approached Dutter-Davenport around 4 p.m. in the area of North Main and Jefferson streets after receiving a call about a woman passed out in the driver's seat of a car.
