Jesse Horn and Ashley McFarland

An April 6 wedding is being planned by Ashley D. McFarland of Charlotte, N.C., and Jesse M. Horn of Bethlehem.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Holly Joy and Ken McFarland of Karns City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Thomas and Denise Horn of Bethlehem.

The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2007 graduate of Penn State University. She is attending Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.

She is employed by Coca Cola Consolidated of Charlotte.

Her fiancé graduated in 2002 from Liberty High School. He obtained an undergraduate degree from Kutztown University and a master’s degree from Liberty University.

He is employed by Thompson Child & Family Focus of Charlotte.
