Frances Eileen (Dick) Weaver

Frances Eileen (Dick) Weaver, 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

She was born Frances B. Farlou on June 18, 1928, in Dorchester, Mass., the daughter of Frances M. Farlou and was adopted at the age of three by Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. Dick and raised in Lawrence, Mass.

Frances Weaver leaves to cherish her memory a half-brother, Paul F. Coleman of Great Barrington, Mass.; and one brother-in-law, Rich (Nikki) Weaver of Mars.

She was the mother of Steve (Kathy) Weaver of Muncie, Ind., Ellen (Gary) Heyl of Evans City, Maureen Peck of Valencia, Mike (Sheryl) Weaver of Valencia, and Bryan Weaver of Saxonburg.

She was the grandmother of Craig Peck, Laura Missos, Kevin Peck, Michael Heyl, Dannaye Lott, Rachel Bridwell, Rebecca Weaver, Randall Weaver and Zachary Weaver; great-grandmother of Anya Peck, Marina Missos, Mackenzie Peck, Madison Peck, Amelia Weaver, Liam Bridwell, Chandler Bridwell, Chaz Heyl and Chase Heyl.

She is also survived by two step great-grandchildren, Brandon Knochel and Adalyn Bridwell.

WEAVER — Friends of Frances Eileen (Dick) Weaver, who died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Kilian Catholic Church, 7076 Franklin Road, Cranberry Township.
