Helen P. Johnson, 97, of Wall, N.J., passed away peacefully on Dec. 25 after a short illness.

She was a longtime resident of Butler, before moving to New Jersey in 2014.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Ted, who died in 1991.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandi Umbach, and her husband, Bill, of Interlaken, N.J.; two grandchildren, Kelly Umbach of Ocean, N.J., and Bill Umbach and his wife, Katie, of Simsbury, Conn.; and two great-grandchildren, Miles and Ella.
