Richard William Kosinski

Richard William Kosinski, 51, of Evans City passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday while under the care of Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

Rich was born Sept. 6, 1967, in Butler, and was a son of the late John A. Kosinski and Mary Ellen Knauf Kosinski.

An avid outdoorsman, Rich loved hunting and fishing.

He was a longtime member of the Conway Sportsman's Club.

In addition to his mother, Rich leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Tina L. Kosinski; his stepsons, Jason Tebay, Michael (Faith) Tebay and Ryan (Kristina) Tebay; his step-grandchildren, Haleigh, Erica, Kaylee, Skylar, Sydney, Kendra and Rianna; his siblings, Leland Kosinski and Carol (AJ) Mesalic; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

KOSINSKI — The family of Richard William Kosinski, who died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, will receive friends from noon until the time of a celebration of life service at 6 p.m. Friday at Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St., Evans City, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.Following the service, Rich's family and friends are invited to continue fellowship at the Conway Sportsman's Club, 100 Magill Road, Zelienople.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the family to help defray funeral costs c/o Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
