DeWayne R. Pennington

DeWayne R. Pennington, 64, of Bruin died Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 4, 1954, in West Freedom, Clarion County, to Lewis F. and Arlene W. (Stewart) Pennington.

DeWayne was a 1973 graduate of Karns City High School.

He worked in construction for 10 years in Florida, where he was a member of the Wellington Presbyterian Church in West Palm Beach. When he returned to Pennsylvania, he worked as a filler operator for the James Austin Company in Mars.

He enjoyed fishing and working in construction. DeWayne will best be remembered for being a hard worker.

His memory will be cherished by his daughters, Dr. Erica Lynn Pennington and her husband, Richard Lamagna, of Butler, Brittany Ann Goodman and her husband, Jeremy, of Parker; one grandson, Dawson Allen Goodman; and his brothers, Ralph L. Pennington of Bruin, and Larry E. Pennington and his wife, Margie, of Bruin.
