Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday.

Joshua D. Hollobaugh, 36, of Worthington was sentenced to two years of county probation and must pay a $100 fine for possessing drug paraphernalia, loitering and prowling at night. Hollobaugh pleaded guilty to these charges on Dec. 4, 2018. Charges of criminal conspiracy and intent to possess a controlled substance were dropped as part of a plea deal. Hollobaugh was first charged on March 4, 2018.

Deborah A. Henry, 63, of Valencia was sentenced to one year of county probation and 50 hours of community service for disorderly conduct. She pleaded guilty to the charge on Dec. 7, 2018, after charges were dropped on obstructing justice, recklessly endangering another person and a felony count of conspiracy accident/serious bodily injury. Henry was originally charged on Feb. 8, 2018.

Dustin William Scott, 22, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and 50 hours of community service for possessing drug paraphernalia. He pleaded guilty on Dec. 18, 2018. He was first charged on June 27, 2018. Scott was sentenced in a second case to three months to a year followed by a year of probation for theft and defiant trespass. He must also serve 100 hours of community service. For being jailed since Sept. 11, 2018, he received credit for time served. Scott pleaded guilty to the two charges on Dec. 18, 2018. He was originally charged on the day he was jailed with an additional felony count of burglary.

Tammy Jo Kachik, 36, of Grove City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. She must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $750 fine. She pleaded guilty on Dec. 18, 2018, with several traffic violation charges dropped. She was originally charged Feb. 24, 2018.

Jenna Amanda Orkwis, 39, of Natrona Heights was sentenced to time served to one year and a half for retail theft. She must also serve 50 hours of community service. Orkwis originally faced two retail theft charges, but one of them was dropped when she pleaded guilty on May 9, 2018. Orkwis was originally charged on Sept. 10, 2016.

Maurice Tymeer Thomas, 19, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation for escape. He must also pay a $100 fine. Thomas pleaded guilty on Dec. 4, 2018, and he was first charged on Oct. 25, 2017.

Katherine Michelle Kelly, 32, of Evans City was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for simple assault. Kelly pleaded guilty on Dec. 4, 2018. She originally faced two counts of strangulation and harassment that date back to Aug. 1, 2018.

Matthew Mark Hensel, 28, of DuBois was sentenced to three to six months in jail, with an immediate parole, for possessing controlled substances with an intent to deliver. Hensel also faces two years of probation and 50 hours of community service. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Dec. 4 and originally faced a second controlled substance possession with intent to deliver charge and a charge of intention to possess a controlled substance. The charges date back to Jan. 16, 2018.

Jennifer Lynne Gross, 36, of Elwood City was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment after pleading guilty on Nov. 19, 2018, to driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. Gross must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 85 hours of community service for the crimes, which date back to July 24, 2018. Before pleading guilty, Gross faced four DUI charges, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, she was charged with driving with a suspended license, failing to keep right, improperly passing a vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes, not using turn signals, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.

Austin Robert Coburn, 21, of Evans City was sentenced to six months to two years of probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He must also pay a $100 fine and serve 50 hours of community service. Coburn pleaded guilty on Dec. 14, and he originally faced three drug charges and a felony count of criminal use of a communications facility. The charges date back to March 22, 2017.

Gregory John Basilone, 48, of Zelienople was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment for possession of a controlled substance. Basilone must also pay a $100 fine and serve 50 hours of community service. Basilone pleaded guilty on Nov. 3, 2018, and originally faced a total of four drug charges and a felony count of criminal use of a communications facility. The charges date back to June 6, 2017. In a second case, he was sentenced to two years of probation for theft. He must also pay restitution and a $50 fine. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Nov. 20, 2018. He was originally charged on March 19, 2017, facing to two theft counts, burglary and receiving stolen property.

Joseph Paul Gaiser, 32, of East Brady was sentenced to one year of probation for theft. Gaiser pleaded guilty on Nov. 20, 2018. He was originally charged on Jan. 29, 2018, with three counts of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, forgery and theft.

Adam Richard DeGroff, 38, of Grove City was sentenced to one year of county probation for bad checks. He must also serve 10 hours of community service and pay restitution. DeGroff originally faced an additional charge of theft by deception, false impression. The case dates back to Dec. 4, 2017.

Amy Nicole Gordon, 38, of Butler was sentenced to two years of intermediate punishment and one year of probation for driving under the influence and illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock. She must also pay a total of $2,000 in fines and serve 100 hours of community service. Gordon pleaded guilty on Nov. 27, 2018, and the case dates back to June 4, 2018. Gordon originally faced three DUI charges, the interlock charge, turning movements and required signals, duties at stop sign and escape.

Robert David Jerich, 49, of Butler was sentenced to five days to six months in jail and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. He must also pay a $300 fine for the DUI, to which he pleaded guilty on Nov. 19, 2018. The case dates back to Sept. 5, 2018, and he was originally facing two DUIs.

Kishon Yeagins, 21, of Philadelphia was sentenced to one to two years in jail followed by two years of probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He pleaded guilty on Dec. 11, 2018. Yeagins was originally charged on July 1, 2018, and was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and windshield obstructions. He received credit for time served.
