John Klinehamer
John L. Klinehamer, 88, of Butler passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.
He was born Aug. 9, 1930, in Oil City to the late Hollis L. and Isabelle (Dunn) Klinehamer.
John was a member of the Faith Fellowship Alliance Church.
He was a 1948 graduate of Oil City High School and a member of Silver Sneakers.
He is survived by one son, Richard P. (Leslie) Klinehamer of New Castle; one daughter, Linda J. (Larry) Wetzel of Butler; four grandchildren, Ryan (Sarah) Wetzel, Christopher Wetzel, Danielle Wetzel and Andrew McCann; two great-grandchildren, Owen and Elliott Wetzel; one brother, Joseph (Carol) Klinehamer of Ohio; one sister, Mary Ann (Richard) Browsky of Ariz.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife, Joann (Rembold) Klinehamer, who passed away Oct. 11, 2016; and a son, Terry Klinehamer, who passed away Nov. 1, 1977.
KLINEHAMER — Friends of John L. Klinehamer, who died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. immediately following visitation at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, with the Rev.
