Charles P. Everette

Charles P. Everette, 74, of Penn Township passed away Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born May 19, 1944, in West Monterey, Pa., he was the son of Muriel Hepner Everette.

Charles retired from Armco in 2002 after 38 years of service.

He was a jack-of-all-trades. Charles could do anything including fixing cars, painting and remodeling his own home. He was a one-man show.

Charles enjoyed bowling. He loved the Penguins, the Pirates and especially the Steelers. Charles loved gardening and his Harleys.

He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Susan “Sue” Gibson Everette, whom he married on July 14, 1967; a daughter, Jodi S. Shirey and her husband, Patrick, of Penn Township; and two grandchildren, Tia and Taetum, whom he affectionately called his “Pumpkins.”

EVERETTE — As per his wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service for Charles P. Everette, who died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018.Arrangements have been entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
