A two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Sarver and Monroe roads sent two people to hospitals Monday night, according to the Buffalo Township Fire Company Assistant Chief Richard Swartz, who said one victim was entrapped in a truck and flown to a hospital in Pittsburgh. One other was transported from the scene by ambulance. Three were released from the scene. Four of the people involved were in the truck. The other person was in a van which flipped on its side. The accident shut down traffic at the intersection and for a stretch of Sarver Road. Buffalo Township Police were on scene but unable to provide immediate information about the accident.
