Elizabeth E. “Liz” Rice, 83, of Chicora passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, at the Chicora Medical Center.

Per her wishes, there will be no visitation.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time and are under the direction of Steighner Funeral Home, 111 E. Slippery Rock St., Chicora.
