Sheriff Michael Slupe of Butler County, left, and Sheriff Bill Rupert of Armstrong County were on hand Wednesday to draw the winning tickets for the third annual Police Officer Raffle conducted at Fenelton Firearms. The event was established by John and Mary Lou Curtis of Curtis Industries with Brent and Steve McLafferty of Fenelton Firearms. Proceeds from the raffle — for which only active duty police were eligible to take part — will be donated to the Fallen Officers Funds. There were a total of 30 winners from various counties in Western Pennsylvania.
