Goldie K. Martsolf

Goldie K. Martsolf, 85, of Euclid, Pa., passed away Monday at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Goldie was born Aug. 4, 1933, in Butler County. She was the daughter of the late Harold Paul Thompson and the late Sara Katherine Grossman Thompson.

Goldie was a member of the West Sunbury United Church of the Nazarene.

She was a dietitian at Butler Memorial Hospital for many years.

Goldie is survived by one daughter, Judith R. McKay of New Brighton; three sons, Guy and Cindy Martsolf of Butler, Louis Paul and Sherry Martsolf, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Timothy D. Martsolf of Meadville; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Alma Beachem, Mrs. Dale (Betty) Martsolf and Mary Thompson, all of Butler; and one brother, William H. (Peg) Thompson of Butler.

Goldie was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Martsolf; one daughter, Rosie Stamm; and one sister, Mollie Kline.

MARTSOLF — The family of Goldie K. Martsolf, who died Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
