Bruce J. Hohman

Bruce J. Hohman, 69, of Cranberry Township passed away on Fridaywhile under the care of Cranberry Place.

Born on Dec. 3, 1948, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Roy J. Hohman and the late Lois Landis.

Bruce was the owner of Hohman Plumbing in Cranberry Township, a company that has been in business for over 50 years.

He was a member of the American Legion in Unionville and the Elks Club in Cranberry Township.

As an avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt, fish and golf. He enjoyed cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pirates. Above all, he loved being a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Bruce will be dearly missed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 49 years, Nancy L. Gould Hohman, whom he married on Dec. 27, 1968; his children, Eric (Krista) Hohman of Cranberry Township, Keith (Lisa) Hohman of Economy Borough, and Jen (Jeff) Ross of New Waterford, Ohio; his grandchildren, Will, Jack, Paige, Zach, Hayden, Josh, Hannah, Samantha and Jake; his great-granddaughter, Isabella; his sister, Maxine (Bill) Moss of Boyd, Texas; and his brother, B.J. Matsey of Las Vegas, Nev.

HOHMAN — Friends of Bruce J. Hohman, who died Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sundayat Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Mondayat the funeral home with Pastor Reid Moonofficiating.Bruce will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.Memorial donations may be made in Bruce's honor to a local veteran's affairs organization of the donor's choice.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
