Sherry Lynette Kissinger

Sherry Lynette Kissinger, 69, of Butler died Sunday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Nov. 10, 1948, in Coushatta, La., she was a daughter of the late Dallas Swofford and the late Edna Mae (Snow) Swofford.

Sherry was a homemaker and she had enjoyed gardening, crafting, cross stitch and sewing.

She was a tremendous caregiver for her husband and had loved to travel.

Surviving are her husband, Gary L. Kissinger. Sherry was the love of his life and his best friend.

Also surviving are three children, Damon Morgan of Louisiana, Danielle Sproull and Robin (James) Metzger, both of Butler County; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one sister, Nina Stevens of Louisiana; and a sister-in-law, Gale Fonner of Butler County.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Stevens.
