Pauline Achesinski
Pauline Achesinski of Butler passed away peacefully on Friday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.
She was the daughter of the late Paul Snyder and the late Mabel Snow Snyder.
Pauline was a graduate of Butler High School, where she was an aquaette while attending.
She was the beloved wife of “Rangy” Ray Achesinski Sr., whom she married June 23, 1956, and who passed away June 6, 2010.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church in Butler.
She was an outstanding and caring mother, who raised mischievous children, especially Ray Jr.
Pauline had worked as an office clerk for Troutman's Department Store from the mid 1970s until it closed, and Logan's Candy Co. Afterward, she was a motor route carrier for the Butler Eagle.
She loved going on beach vacations, visiting gift shops, baking for the holidays and spending time with all of her grandchildren.
She was a breast cancer survivor.
Pauline is survived by her children her daughters, Cheli Frye of Butler, Raylene Caldwell of Butler, and Lori (Sam) Lasky of Lancaster, Ohio; her sons, Ray Achesinski Jr. of East Butler, Dave Achesinski of Butler, and Rob Achesinski of Butler; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Paul “Sonny” Snyder and Ronald “Ronnie” Fend.
