Gary Lee Agostino
Gary Lee “Chubby Neck” Agostino, 66, of Slippery Rock passed away Tuesday following a six month illness.
He was born on April 23, 1952, to Dominick Agostino and Arlene Deloris Durnell Agostino.
Gary retired as a maintenance technician, as he had supervised residential rental units in Slippery Rock.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather E. (Scott) Leonard of New Wilmington; his son, Jeremy N. (Heather) Agostino of Slippery Rock; his sister, Debra K. Hertzog of Slippery Rock; four brothers, Robert A. (Christine) Agostino of Harrisville, David R. Agostino of Grove City, Steven C. (Cathy Neff) Agostino of Slippery Rock and Brian K. Agostino of Slippery Rock; six grandchildren, Riley, Joey and Danny Leonard, London and Weston Agostino, and Haeden Hensel.
He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Thomas E. Agostino.
AGOSTINO — A public graveside service for Gary Lee “Chubby Neck” Agostino, who died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, will be observed at 11 a.m. Friday at Slippery Rock Cemetery with the Rev. James Lewis of Butler presiding.Arrangements by Smith Funeral Home of Slippery Rock.Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
