Judith E. “Judi” Bierau

Judith E. “Judi” Bierau, 79, of Richland Township, Gibsonia, died Thursday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver.

Born Aug. 17, 1939, in Braddock, she was the daughter of the late John and Etha Kitchen Payne.

Judi had been a floral designer for several local florists.

An avid camper, Judi also loved fishing, cooking and baking, bowling and especially skating.

Surviving are her husband, William J. Bierau, whom she married on July 2, 1965; her children, Penni Bierau of Guys Mills, Pa., Jill (Martin) Hutton of Gibsonia, and James (Jude) Bierau of Naples, Fla.; her grandchildren, Trevor, Brittney, Randy, Brooke, Courtney, Joshua and Jamie; her great-grandchildren, Taylor, John David, Vanessa, Isaac, Alyssa, Randy James, Kaylee, Rylan, Mariah, Marque, Gionna, Zoe, Marissa, Seth and Kyle; her siblings, John David (Pat) Payne of Bacliff, Texas, Charles Frederick (Cherie) Payne of Butler, and Etha “Cookie” (Michael) Wolf of Butler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Trenton.

BIERAU — Friends of Judith E. “Judi” Bierau, who died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.Directions and condolences are available at www.mcdonald-aeberli.com.
