COLLEGE NOTES

SAM HENSON (Seneca Valley), a senior linebacker for the Grove City football team, had nine tackles in the Wolverines’ 30-27 win over Saint Vincent. Grove City (5-3, 4-3) has won four straight games.

KATIE McCLYMONDS (Portersville Christian/Slippery Rock), a junior on the Grove City women’s volleyball team, had 10 digs in the Wolverines’ 3-0 loss to Washington & Jefferson.

MAGGIE WILLIAMS (Mars), a freshman midfielder on the Grove City women’s soccer team, had an assist in the Wolverines’ 3-0 win over Westminster. Williams leads Grove City with 11 goals and 26 points on the year.

BRITTNEY BIANCO (Freeport), a setter on the Point Park women’s volleyball team, had 24 assists in the Pioneers’ 3-2 loss to IU Southeast.

MATT KARENBAUER (Knoch), a member of the Penn State Behrend men’s swimmning team, won the 200-meter butterfly and 100 butterfly in the Lions’ loss to Westminster.

HALI HARTLEY (Mars), a member of the Penn State Behrend women’s bowling team, led the Lions with a 187 average in the team’s 816-813 win over Daemen.

REGAN KELLY (Butler/Moniteau), a freshman on the Westminster women’s swimming team, was part of the Titans’ 200 freestyle relay team that placed second at the Westminster Relays.

RACHEL MARTIN (Mars/Eden Christian), a senior on the Grove City women’s cross country team, placed second overall in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference championship meet Saturday with a time of 23 minutes, 52 seconds.

ANGELA SEMAN (Seneca Valley), a senior libero on the Pitt women’s volleyball team, had nine digs and four assists in the undefeated Panthers’ 3-0 win over Wake Forest.
