Ronald Dean Hillwig
Ronald Dean Hillwig, 85, of Lady Lake, Fla., formerly of East Brady passed away Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, in Lady Lake, Fla.
He was born on June 15, 1933, in Bradys Bend.
Ronald was a U.S. Army veteran and had served in Korea and Vietnam.
He was a retired civil service hospital administrator in the U.S. Penal System.
Ronald is survived by his sons, John R. Hillwig, and Michael D. Hillwig and his wife, Carla, of Pennsylvania; his brother, James L. (Jumbo) Hillwig of East Brady; his seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two nephews, Gary Long and James L. Hillwig; four nieces, Kelly Dewbre, Lori Long, Julie Greenblott and Laurie Patsy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Marie Hillwig of East Brady; his son, Ron L. Hillwig; two former wives, Helen Hillwig and Doris (McClaine) Hillwig; his two sisters and his brothers-in-law, Marlene and Tom Long and Judy and Fred Greenblott; his sister-in-law, Lois Hillwig; two nephews, Barry Long and Ted Greenblott; and one niece, Sheree Rampley.
