Jehrie Ann Subroski, 90, passed away peacefully in her sleep Aug. 14.

A longtime resident of the Pittsburgh area, Jehrie spent the last 25 years of her life at Penn Mar Plaza Apartments in Mars.

She was known and loved for the cookies she baked for the community. Jehrie also enjoyed sending cards to brighten the lives of others.

She leaves behind many more friends and the family she chose.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pete; and many dear friends.
