The accident happened at 4:42 p.m. Friday at the intersection of S. Clay and W. Beaver streets.
One person was seen being transported from the scene.
Zelienople and Lancaster Township police were on scene directing traffic, which backed up along W. Beaver Street. Harmony Fire and EMS also responded.
