No one injured in S. Duffy car fire
BUTLER TWP — Butler Township firefighters responded Monday night to a car on fire on South Duffy Road.
The owner of the vehicle made the call that his car was on fire in the intersection of Deshon Court and South Duffy Road, according to Butler Township Fire District 3 Chief Dave Bestwick.
Firefighters took caution and closed down South Duffy Road to all traffic for about 20 minutes while they put the fire out, according to Bestwick.
“Pretty quick and easy,” he said.
Bestwick said Butler Ambulance also responded with the fire department, but no one was injured.
