DOUG KOSTELANSKY, ROBERT HAYS and CAMDEN SEYBERT (Butler), freshman cross country runners at Point Park, placed among the top 40 at the University of Akron Tommy Evans Invitational. Kostelansky was 33rd in 21 minutes, 29 seconds, Hays 39th in 21:48, Seybert 40th in 21:59. Point Park placed sixth as a team.

KATIE McCLYMONDS (Slippery Rock, Portersville Christian), a junior libero on the Grove City College volleyball team, had a team-high 14 digs in the Wolverines’ 3-0 loss to Kenyon, 19 digs in a 3-0 loss to Denison Saturday.

ETHAN CONTO (Karns City), a senior libnebacker for the Grove City College football team, had eight tackles, including three for loss, in the Wolverines’ 27-7 loss at Bethany Saturday.

MAGGIE WILLIAMS (Mars), a freshman on the Grove City College women’s soccer team, scored a goal in the Wolverines’ 4-2 win over Fredonia State.
