CENTER TWP — Seven fire departments are fighting a stubborn fire that worked its way into the attic of a home on Spring Run Road in Center Township Wednesday night.

The fire was reported at 7:40 p.m. and fire fighters continued fighting it at 9:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.

The Center Township, Oakland Township, Oneida Valley, Chicora, East Butler, West Sunbury, Butler Township and Slippery Rock fire departments responded to the fire along with Butler Ambulance Service.
